How do you back up your data?

We use Amazon’s Web Services (EC2 and S3) to host our application and store your data. Amazon’s EC2 offers a highly reliable environment where replacement instances can be rapidly and predictably commissioned. The service runs within Amazon’s proven network infrastructure and data centers. The Amazon EC2 Service Level Agreement commitment is 99.95% availability for each Amazon EC2 Region.

What security do you use?

We use Amazon’s Web Services to host our application and store your data. Amazon has many years of experience in designing, constructing, and operating large scale data centers. This experience has been applied to the AWS platform and infrastructure. AWS data centers are housed in nondescript facilities, and critical facilities have extensive setback and military grade perimeter control berms, as well as other natural boundary protection. Physical access is strictly controlled both at the perimeter and at building ingress points by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, state of the art intrusion detection systems, and other electronic means. Authorized staff must pass two-factor authentication no fewer than three times to access data center floors. All visitors and contractors are required to present identification and are signed in and continually escorted by authorized staff.

Amazon provides data center access and information only to employees who have a legitimate business need for such privileges. When an employee no longer has a business need for these privileges, their access is immediately revoked, even if they continue to be an employee of Amazon or Amazon Web Services. All physical and electronic access to data centers by Amazon employees is logged and audited routinely.

Security within Amazon EC2 is provided at multiple levels: The operating system (OS) of the host system, the virtual instance operating system or guest OS, a stateful firewall and signed API calls. Each of these items builds on the capabilities of the others. The goal is to ensure that data contained within Amazon EC2 cannot be intercepted by non-authorized systems or users and that Amazon EC2 instances are themselves as secure as possible without sacrificing the flexibility in configuration that customers demand.

We protect the customer area of this website with the most secure SSL encryption technology available today -- up to 256 bits -- to protect your confidential data and plans.

Where does the data reside?

We use Amazon’s Web Services to host our application and store your data. AWS uses a Cloud Architecture, which means underlying computing infrastructure is used only when it is needed (for example to process a user request), to draw the necessary resources on-demand (like compute servers or storage), perform a specific job, and then relinquish the unneeded resources, (often disposing of themselves after the job is done).

Amazon has two cloud computing zones: the United States and Europe. We currently use the United States zone.

Content

Who developed the content?

The Moderandi team of consultants developed the content. We started working on the marketing process in 2002, fleshed it out over time, and brought in additional consultants and resources to supplement our in-house expertise.

How did you decide on the subjects?

After months of debate, we simply put our stake in the ground and said “this is how we’re organizing it.” It’s not perfect, but it works. Our map changed many times during development.

How long did it take to develop the content?

It took many years. We started working on the process in 2002, and we’ve put thousands of hours into it since then.

What is B2B?

B2B stands for business-to-business marketing. Our content and process is geared toward B2B companies.

Can I use Growth Panel for B2C?

Yes. While it’s geared for B2B, we estimate that approximately 70% of the content is directly applicable to B2C. Most of the difference is in the Strategy portion. When it comes to executing campaigns, B2B and B2C have many similarities.

What they’re saying...

Your tools have helped me identify what questions to ask to program directors, as well as to admissions reps, and develop marketing campaigns with logics (sic) and clear target numbers behind them. Also, creative briefs are very handy when communicating with my writers and designers. They eliminate the room for confusion and misunderstandings that used to occur during the creative development stage."

Distributor Program...

If you’d like to sell Growth Panel licenses, we’ll share license revenue. Our distributor program is like an affiliate program, with greater upside.

We require that our distributors have a license, so step one is to set up yours.

If you’re a consultant and have quality I.P. that adds value, we’ll review it and consider adding it to our product under your own brand. That means more exposure for you, more leads, and more engagements.
